Privacy

The short version: what you tell FITLife stays on your device.

What is stored

Your answers from setup (such as your goal, experience and any areas to go easy on), your optional first name, and your workout history. All of it is saved in this browser on this device.

What is sent to us

None of it. FITLife has no accounts, no analytics and no advertising trackers, and your answers and workouts are never uploaded. Like any website, our hosting provider handles the basic technical requests needed to deliver the pages to your browser.

Sharing

The share picture is made on your device and only leaves it if you choose to send it somewhere.

Your control

Go to Me to download a copy of your data or erase it. Clearing your browser data also removes it, and we have no copy to restore it from.

Age

FITLife is for adults 18 and older.
